The Outing Festival & Inn at Dromoland
Wheelchair & Accessible Festival & Hotel
Wheelchair accessible Programme:
Traveling with Wheelchairs in Ireland
In recent years traveling in Ireland has become much easier for wheelchair users.
If you are traveling to Ireland by air you won’t encounter any problems: your wheelchair will be transported in the plane’s hold. You will be brought to the air plane in a special wheelchair. It is easiest to travel with an ordinary wheelchair. With wheelchairs that are battery run the battery has to be disconnected. Special arrangements must be made traveling with smaller aircraft. For further information please contact the specific airline directly.
The Outing Festival & Inn at Dromoland are well-equipped for wheelchair users. We are on hand to help in anyway to make your stay and festival experience even better.
We also have a team member who is part of our queer & disability community plus an amazing comedian too. Meet Our Team Here
